I cannot fault the service I received from Bairstow Eves during the recent sale of our property. It wasn't an easy process and without Steve Nicholls and his colleague it would have been far worse. Steve has kept us informed throughout the lengthy process and translated much legal jargon into plain English. We cannot thank him enough for all the hard work he has put in, often some nights in his own time. Linda Wagstaff

I had a really good experience working with Lucy and Chris, they managed to get me into a dream home quickly despite lots of tricky leasehold type hurdles to overcome. Thank you both so much!

The house we were selling required an agent to emphasise the potential of the property as a good family home that just required some updating. Through the perseverance of Steve Nichols and the sales team at Bairstow Eves Chigwell branch we eventually had a successful sales outcome. There communications were clear and timely during the extended sale period and we have no hesitation in thanking them and recommending them to others.

Having had great service from Bairstow Eves in the past I decided to use the Chigwell branch when selling my late mother's house. I did not want the hassle of dealing on line. I got brilliant service and I must single out Simone Tennent whose drive an determination was second to none in getting the transaction completed as soon as was possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Bairatow Eves.

Steve Nichols at Bairstow Eves, Chigwell, has been a great help to us during the sale of my property. I'm sure he has been as frustrated as I have with the legal profession but at all times he has maintained a professional approach and bought the sale to a successful close. I would definitely contact Steve again should I need to sell a property.

Steve and his colleagues walked through one cancelled sale and 6 months of frustrating ups and downs with the final one. We owe successful completion to Steve in particular diplomatically getting involved beyond what one would normally expect from an estate agent. He was persuasive, friendly and competent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

My mum's house had been on the market for some time. Nothing seemed to be happening. Then we went with Bairstow Eve's and things took off. Numerous, serious viewings that resulted in the house being sold. Simone worked wonders and was so great in how she dealt with my mum. Really impressed.
