GoogleWe were exceptionally pleased with the service from both Steve and Irfan at the Chigwell branch. From the moment we engaged their services we felt confident and relaxed with Steve’s very kind and professional approach. After advertising our details the property received an offer above the asking price in less than 24 hours. The process was overseen by Steve with assistance from Irfan throughout. After a few weeks the buyer, unfortunately, couldn’t secure a mortgage on our house. So the guys got straight on with finding us a cash buyer within another 24 hours, you can’t beat that for efficiency! The sale has now safely completed with excellent attention and service from Steve and brilliant support from Irfan. Our buyer is delighted and, obviously so are we. All ready to move into our brand new home in Sunny Suffolk. Thanks guys and we’ll done! I have no hesitation in recommending the Chigwell branch to everyone.

He was keeping us in touch all the time and helped us to finalise the process of buying very quickly and easy. He contacted seller, broker, solicitors all the time when was needed. Excellent Service.
