Chris and the team were so helpful and listened, which is very important. The girls always helped with my queries and returned calls promptly, they were great with the viewings with great knowledge and always very cheerful and friendly. The Sale was challenging at times but Chris went over and above to chase everyone involved, nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed and would definately recommend. Having used many estate agents over the years, Bairstow Eves (Chigwell) have definately come out tops. Thank you so much Chris and the Team.

From the very first interaction, Lucy made the whole experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. She was incredibly accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and made sure we had all the time we needed to properly explore the property. Florina has been fantastic to work with. She was very flexible with our bookings and, on our second viewing, gave us the time and space to really view the property without any pressure or time constraints. She’s personable, thoughtful, and brought lots of helpful ideas, and I genuinely felt she was supportive of us finding the right property rather than just pushing a sale. Chris has also been great throughout the process. He brings deep experience and has provided clear guidance on the sale process and offered much-needed reassurance at key moments, which has been valuable.
