The staff at Southernbrook have been a big help to us getting us in within a quick timeframe. GoogleMe and my boyfriend rang up and got a viewing the next day and confirmed the property whilst standing in the house. Joshua was so helpful and nothing was too much. Communication is very fast and helpful. We had a few questions about the house and contract which were quickly solved over the phone and over email. Joshua has responded to all emails and shown us round the house twice. Lovely guy, an asset to the company. We are so glad we chose southernbrooks for our first home. GoogleI have been very impressed with the team at Southernbrook lettings, in particular Joshua, Joe and Penny who have all been very professional to ensure that the renting of our new property has gone as smoothly as possible. Viewings were easy to arrange (following Covid guidelines) questions I had regarding the property were answered promptly either by telephone or email and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Admin/contracts etc. were easy to complete on line, which was brilliant due to the current Covid situation. Even though I was there for a small amount of time any worries I was able to go straight onto the phone to them for it to be sorted out. GoogleHighly recommend Southernbrook. Excellent experience and friendly staff. We went to view a property to rent and we were shown around by Josh. Josh was very helpful and able to answer all the questions we had. He got the process moving very quickly. Any questions we had throughout moving all the staff at Southernbrook were happy to answer and were very responsive. The process of getting the keys etc was quick and easy, even during this pandemic. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars!
