GoogleI had a great experience with Prominence. Especially, Alan and Chad were both very easy to approach and always provided quick responses to my questions. The entire process, from signing the agreement to moving in, was hassle-free. The property looks exactly as it was described, and I appreciate their professionalism throughout the process. GoogleAvoid. We have viewed the property that was advertised for 1100 per month on Friday. We've filled the questionnaire straight away and we've been told to wait for the feedback from the landlord. Same update on Saturday (apparently only we have returned the questionere and they were waiting for more). Monday still same feedback as on Saturday but we have noticed that property was re-advertised for 1250 with new viewings being booked without letting us know!! Tuesday when making attempt to view the property at new price we have been told that property is now gone for 1250. Be careful, these people are bunch of dishonest time wasters. Lies lies and more lies. Had to re arrange 3 meetings at work in order to attend that viewing and this is what we get back. Will be reporting this bunch to TPO. Luckily I have saved the backup for both adverts including phone conversation with these scammers.
First and foremost, I would like to clarify that your experience does not align with the standards of professionalism and transparency that we uphold in our business. Upon reviewing your account and the situation you described as well as listening to phone calls, it appears that there were a series of unfortunate decisions made and you were unsuccessful in your pre-application check. In this case, you completed a list of pre-application questions that were forwarded to the landlady and only today on the 26th September 2023 she made a decision to choose another family and you were simply unsuccessful. We were unable to provide an update sooner as the landlord did not respond and only called our office today. If a landlord wishes to achieve a higher rent they have every right to do so as they are the legal owner of the property. You are also more than welcome to contact The Property Ombudsman as we have adhered to professional regulations and standards. GoogleWe have been in the property industry for over 30 years and have been using various estate agent to manage our property portfolio over the years. We was recommended to to try prominence estates after not receiving the level of service from our current estate agent. We started off with giving them 1 property to see how they got on. The pervious agent had our property listed for 4 weeks and was unable to let it but prominence estates let the property within 2 days. The service we received was the best we have ever come across over they years of trading. We have now moved our whole portfolio over to Prominence and now find it so much easier to manager knowing our properties are in safe hands. Highly recommend
