My experience as a tenant here was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
First and foremost, tenants’ rights are not respected. The housekeeper/maintenance contact, consistently failed to fulfill her responsibilities. Despite bills supposedly being included in the rent, there were several occasions when the electricity ran out. This caused food in the fridge/freezer to spoil, which is unacceptable, especially during the summer months. To make matters worse, tenants were asked to pay to top up the meter, completely unreasonable given the rental agreement.
Maintenance issues were numerous and left unresolved:
Broken window handle
TV remote snapped in half by a previous tenant
Damaged window blinds
Faulty lock on the bedroom door (could not lock/unlock properly)
Front door left open at times, compromising security
Kitchen consistently left dirty due to other tenants, with no proper management
On top of this, noise was a constant problem, with doors slamming late at night. Communication around maintenance was poor, tenants were often given less than 24 hours’ notice for access, and follow-ups rarely happened.
When concerns were raised, instead of support, I was met with sarcasm and threats of eviction from the housekeeper. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
You will need to document everything in order for you to retreive your deposit otherwise they will deduct half of that over a spec of dust on the window sill.
Be sure to check under the bed the day you move in. The cleaners have a habit of literally brushing everything under it.
Additional issues included lack of parking (any driver will almost certainly get ticketed by wardens nearby).
Overall: I would not recommend this property in the slightest. Poor management, constant problems, and lack of respect for tenants make it a place to avoid at all costs.

Arslaan Hussain = Attempted to stab a tenant, threatened and bullied all tenants, as well as concerns raised about his fraudulent behaviour.
We take all reviews seriously, but in this instance the comments made are inaccurate and appear to be an attempt to defame us after the tenant did not receive part of their deposit back.
Hostility towards other tenants, complaints received regarding his abusive language, threatening manner, and intimidating behaviour, which created an unsafe living environment for tenants.
His actions caused other tenants to feel uncomfortable, distressed, and in some cases frightened to be in their own home. In addition, concerns were raised about fraudulent behaviour.
The decision regarding the deposit was not ours but was the result of an independent process, following clear evidence that the landlord’s property had been left in a poor condition at the end of the tenancy. We work with a * third-party, impartial inventory company * who provide detailed check-in and check-out reports to ensure fairness and transparency for both landlords and tenants.
