I would like to thank Jackie and all the team with the tricky sale of my late mother's property. After my mum passed away last year,it was hard to sell what was the family home. After speaking to various agents,I was determined for the sale to be done by a local agent. All along the way we were kept informed of viewings and eventually offers were made and accepted. Throughout the lengthy and unforseen process ,due to the property being owned by my late father and not my mother, the team at William H Brown have all been polite courteous and extremely professional reassuring both ourselves and our buyers that all matters were resolved. I would not hesitate to recommendPositiveProfessionalism

We recently sold our property and bought our new house through them also. The whole buying and selling experience was a lot less stressful thanks to Jackie and her team at the Chesterfield branch. Jackie replied to my calls and emails promptly and was always cheerful and helpful. She chased the buyer's Solicitors and was a great middle person speaking to our buyers and the seller of our house asking questions for us. I would like to thank Jackie and her team for a great moving experience. I would definitely recommend WH Brown Chesterfield to anyone. 5⭐👍PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our house was marketed in a very professional way and sold within two days of the initial posting ...the communication process with the conveyancing team was a little slow to start but once the Branch Manager Jackie Blakemore got involved the process speeded up no end. Jackie made a very difficult and sometimes fraught process easier to handle and whilst the selling process is not an easy one in England, Jackie made sure that all that could be done to speed the process up was being done. It was a delight to work with the team at WHB Chesterfield and I would fully recommend them as a first choice Estate AgentPositiveProfessionalism

Amazing the whole process has been a pleasure especially the pleasant staff force have been very helpful. The online systems and tracking is brilliant lightyears ahead of other companies I have used or enquired with. The fact that my Adviser (Jassy Hughes) was working late shift some days so I was able to sort out my mortgage out of work hours and speak to her. Thanks for the help

Molly and the team in the Chesterfield branch went above and beyond for us and our move (even agreeing to a white lie to keep my partner from finding out about his surprise party) I would defiantly be recommending William H brown to anyone looking at moving, the welcome box was a lovely touch as well.

WOW! It takes a lot for me to say that but Jackie and her team really are Amazing. They are professional and extremely customer focused from the word go, every decision they make is geared towards their customers best interests, combined with a plethora of knowledge and experience you really are in good hands with William H brown Chesterfield. And if its a mortgage you need i would recommend seeing their on site Mortgage expert Sally, who is super friendly and will steer you in the right direction, and she doesn't use that hard sell Tactic that i have encountered with other estate agents. And last but not least there is Emma!! who grafted her little socks off to sell my house and it did not take long thanks to her positive can do attitude. It's a no brainier if you live in chesterfield and need to buy or sell a house come see William H brown you only have to drive round chesterfield and you will see a William H brown sign in 90% of the front Gardens (probably with a sold sign next to it) which speaks volumes. Thanks again Jackie :)
