Many thanks to everyone (especially Charly and Whitney ) Having never rented before ,I found the whole experience so simple and easy ,I was constantly given information to help me through the whole process which in turn took away any potential problems or obstacles I thought that maybe I would have The two ladies mentioned above were absolutely outstanding and informative whilst showing empathy as moving into a new area can be difficult Once I had gone into the office to sign ,I was also given a box of goodies as a welcome gift(what a sweet idea 😊) Since moving I have also been contacted since ,to make sure that everything was ok to which I also thought was a very nice thought Many thanks once again charly and Whitney ,I really could not thank you both enough Carl x

RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL TEAM. The letting team has informed me about a refund of 167£ on 28th of November. (which was collected as a holding deposit for a rental propety).I had some problem with getting the refund and they refunded it on 23 rd December. Eventhough there was a delay and a period of no response from the team, Charly and Molly were helpful at the end and took action to process my refund by working above and beyond. I understand that they have multiple reasons and the process of refund was complicated for them due to some external factors . I'm taking one star away as they didnt responded to my calls and email for one week . Otherwise the team is really good and I would recommend them.

5 Stars to Chesterfield Branch! Initially I failed to sell my property with another estate agent due to a slow down in the market - so I decided to get in-touch with William H Brown and enquire about letting out the property as it was sat doing nothing and costing me money! I personally dealt with Charly & Molly, both of which were so quick and helpful in getting all information across to me and setting everything up - I honestly have nothing bad to say about them, they put up with all my silly questions, made instructions very clear and were absolutely delightful to talk to even on personal levels. Charly & Molly saved me money on fees which weren’t required due to technicalities with my particular situation and also advised me on the best approach when letting out property with their variety of packages - I plan for an easier life so opted in for the Fully Managed package which was pleasantly cheap considering William H Brown will do all of the leg work for me whilst I make the money! I can’t grumble at response times, considering they must have such a busy schedule, it seems I was able to pick up the phone at any time whatsoever and contact somebody either for advice, to inform them about developments or even just a chat! All in all, I couldn’t recommend Charly & Molly and the William H Brown’s Chesterfield Branch more, I’ll certainly be a lasting customer & expanding my portfolio with them. Well done guys keep smashing it.

I have recently used the lettings team to let out my property. Both Charly and Molly have been exceptional they have kept me aware of everything that was happening at every stage. Both of them are very knowledge and professional but in a friendly manner I am so pleased I decided to use them would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. I can't praise the team enough for the help they gave me in the sale of my dad's house. We lost him last year and they had been recommended to me from a neighbour. When Jackie came out to value the house she seemed very knowledgeable and I instantly felt that she had our interests at heart, she gave me some great advise and I can't thank her enough helping me through a very difficult time. All the team handled the sale well and kept me updated special mention to Dionne and Annabelle. Even as we went into lockdown Jackie kept in touch to let me know how we could proceed as we were nearing completion. Would definitely recommend to anyone they took a lot of pressure of me at a difficult time. Thank you.

Recently dealt with William H Brown to find our new home. It wasn’t straight forward but Charly and Molly were absolutely fantastic. They made the process extremely smooth and put us at ease at every step of the way. They were always on hand to answer any query we had via email and telephone and on the last day it was a big rush to get it all completed by a deadline but Molly managed to get this done for us which was hugely appreciated. I have dealt with a few estate agents now and William H Brown and the staff at their Chesterfield branch are by far the best ones I’ve dealt with. Lovely, professional, caring ladies who are clearly fantastic at their jobs. Cannot thank them enough.

Absolute great service I received from Charly and Molly; this was from first enquiry through to viewing and finally signing up on a rental tenancy. I couldn't have asked for better agents to guide me through everything, I was moving from London to the East Midlands, firstly, I had never been to this part of England so was placing my faith in W H Brown to find me a safe, transport convenient and wonderfully kept property to rent - which Charly and Molly did! Secondly, I couldn't attend any physical viewing since living in London at the time, but Charly was very accommodating in sending me a video viewing of the property I am finally living in. Thirdly, it was over the Christmas and NY holidays and both Charly and Molly were gracious enough to keep me updated on the process even though they were on their breaks. And finally, the guidance I received in finalising my tenancy with landlord and in registering for utilities made a usually stressful process less so. Thank you ladies!! Still settling in and if I ever think of another move W H Brown will definitely be my first estate agents of choice!!!!

We have just both bought and sold a property for our ageing parent through William H Brown, Chesterfield. The 'sales' team were absolutely amazing; they really demonstrated care and empathy for my father-in-law. Matt and Jacky in particular went above what we'd expect in terms of 'service'. Matt went out of his way to visit Dad on several occasions, where he did not need to. He did so as he recognised the reassurance this gave. Matt called us with any updates or 'news' before speaking to Dad to check that we were completely in the loop with everything. Absolutely 5* + service and we'd 100% recommend to anyone.
