Needing to move house in 2020 was always going to be a stressful experience, but the staff at William H Brown were helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Appropriate safety precautions were in place for viewings, but I never felt rushed. All communications were positive and friendly and they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything was completed for me to move on my preferred day.

Brilliant service! Sold my house in July, William H Brown did all of the viewings for me as I work shifts. Within a few days of the house being on the market an offer went through. Overall they supported me through the house selling process which I hugely appreciated with it being my first house I had sold. When I sold the house, the day I handed my keys in was emotional for me, I was thanked with a lovely gift box which was a really nice gesture. BIGGING UP Jassy Hughes! My partner and I have used Jassy as our mortgage advisor to purchase a home together. Jassy had sorted all of mortgage out for us, even when prices changed she was on it! Even now other challenges have come our way , after a few weeks of not communicating with Jassy, we picked up the phone, told her our position and she has acted on this straight away. My husband and I are relocating from Portsmouth to Chesterfield with two children, which has taken a lot of work & planning. Charly and Molly from the Chesterfield branch have been beyond helpful in ensuring everything goes as smoothly as possible, we nearly hit a crisis point but they did everything they could to secure us another property and went above and beyond in making the move possible. I recently decided to move into a lovely country cottage that was marketed by William H Brown. Unfortunately, and for some unknown reason, my existing estate agents caused me some hassle when it came to releasing me from my existing contract with them. They turned my signing of a new contract into a difficult and frustrating experience, both for myself and the staff at William H Brown, But both Molly and Charly in particular were always on standby. During every call I was left with a feeling that at least someone was fighting my corner and was doing everything they could to help me move into a new property. Never have I had the pleasure to deal with an estate agent that is working so hard to accommodate both their tenants and landlords and I can only give them my highest recommendation.

I used the office to initially sell my house that due to current market conditions had been unfortunately slow. The office took the initiative to contact me with a potential rental customer that would provide short term solution to an issue. The situation was under time constraints and was not a simple quick solution but the office staff namely Molly and Charley worked tirelessly to make it happen. On occasions I had decided that it was not worth the hassle or stress, but Wh brown girls just stepped up and really pushed this on to meet deadlines, and get this sorted. They were keen and quick to resolve and respond and can’t fault the service.

I chose W H Brown Chesterfield to market my property. After Jacky gave a valuation on my property I didn't hesitate to go with this company there and then. I knew I was with an agency I could trust. I was in good hands with a trusted Estate Agent. Online portal was always updated accurately. Also sent marketing reports in which were very helpful. An excellent first time experience beginning rental with William H Brown. The sales team were quick, efficient, prompt and friendly throughout the whole process. From contact through Rightmove to viewings, answering questions and contacting as soon as new developments arose the team were amazing. Molly especially was a great help handling everything we needed dealing with, including contacting the landlord and walking through the insurance benefits at the end of the process. Amazing team ! The entire process has been incredibly smooth sailing especially for first time expectant parents who are conscious of timescales . Charly & Molly have been nothing short of impressive together with the rest of team including Cameron who offered a virtual viewing option when we couldn’t make it for the particular viewing time due to other important scheduled appointments.
