GoogleThis is the 2nd time we have used William H Brown and they did not disappoint. Jackie and the whole team worked relentlessly to sell our house within 17 days and then followed this right through to completion. Regular updates so that any small issue that popped up was quickly dealt with. The team are knowledgeable efficient and very friendly. Highly recommended

GoogleCannot fault the staff in this branch at all. Vincenza and her lettings team have gone above and beyond to help, but are thoroughly let down by the team and beurocracy at Sequence. Expect a difficult and drawn out process when trying to get a deposit back after a tennancy with very little communication. (This isn't a complaint about not getting a deposit back, but having to chase and chase for weeks after the tennancy ends to even get a reply from the deposit team).NegativeQuality

GoogleThe sales team at W H Brown Chesterfield have been fantastic. I can’t thank them enough, nothing is too much trouble. I ‘m surprised Holly hasn’t got fed up of me ringing and calling into branch for help, but she never fails to be bubbly and polite. Thanks to a great team. Team work definitely makes the dream work.

GoogleAlthough we were buying a property that was being marketed by William H Brown, it involved alot of communication with this estate agents. Both Annabelle Lamb & latterly Jackie Blakemore have been outstanding in helping bring the sale form the vendor and the purchase by us to a satisfactory conclusion today when we exchanged contracts. This might not sound anything out of the ordinary, but when the seller isn't living in the property or even in the UK, it brings it's own challenges. These two have gone above and beyond in making it happen, we can't thank them enough for helping us take the next step in our future. Brilliant effort and it felt like it was me paying their bill at the end of it, the amount of time and effort they put in on our behalf. Greta job well done. GoogleJust purchased my house in chesterfield through William h browns excellent service dealt with a young lady called Whitney very punctual and polite nothing was to much trouble and always called me back when she said she would which some other estate agents never do .all in all great service thank you she’s a credit to the company

I prevoisly used Open Rent but ended up with a nightmare tenant! The fee I paid to William H Brown wasnt much more either! Thank you so much girls

GoogleAmazing letting agents! Nothing is ever a problem, any concerns we had we're sorted straight away and we were never left in the dark. They called us every day to update us on our house move that's if I didn't call them first. Ever so polite and didn't mind us viewing the house even after we said we wanted it, our viewings weren't rushed and we could check out every detail we needed to! They managed to sort us out a deal with out new landlord and get us moved in asap. Fantastic serviss especially from Jamie.

GoogleI highly recommend William H Brown to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Chesterfield and surrounding areas. They are professional, friendly and amazing at what they do. A special mention goes to Emma, James and Jackie for going above and beyond and turning my sale/purchase around in the ridiculously short time of 30 days! You advised me every step of the way and made the process very straightforward. I would look no further, if I were to use an estate agent again in the future...but hopefully not too soon as my new home is simply perfect! A massive thank you to the entire team.

GoogleWilliam H Brown have been brilliant. They were instructed as our second marketing agent for our home by a local developer and had a great approach to trying to find us a buyer fast. They achieved more viewings then our original agent in the short time that they were marketing the property for us and kept us updated regularly. Our property is now sold and whilst the sale was agreed through the original agent. I would still recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to market their home. They are proactive, friendly and do everything that they say they will. If I was looking to sell again in the future I would definitely be contacting them to market the property for us
