The Staff at Wards have been supportive over the sale of two appartments which have had several issues to deal with. Even though buyers have changed their minds at the last moment they have dealt with this professionally. They have been helpful with communicating to both myself and ex which has also added further complications for them. I have no hesitation in fully recommending them with regards to service to their clients and customers.

Don’t bother with any other estate agent, Wards out shines them all. From beginning to end, Wards kept me updated. Advised and hand held when it was required. Not a particularly long or tricky sale but it had its set backs and hurdles. But rest assured when you felt frustrated or concerned Wards were there every time to guide and discuss. Never felt alone in the process. And never left guessing. Their pricing competitive and fair. Incredibly plain speaking with no bull. I by stupidity didn’t use wards esrate agency i used strike(whole other story) but i would recommend wards 1000% annette was so so helpful even when i was with strike. very on the ball with getting back to you, giving advice. feel utterly gutted i didn’t use them in the first place. i thought i would go with strike out of ease.motto of the story use a agent that is from chesterfield.
