GoogleI was given first rate service by Wards in the sale of a bungalow. They know the market very well. Their marketing is good. I was very pleased with the way they managed viewings. They negotiated a good price and saw the sale through very efficiently. All this was done in a personal and courteous way.

FacebookTerrible service. Been trying to view a property for over 2 weeks to be told there is no staff available to show us round as they contract out. Nobody returns our calls, having to chase constantly. Appalling service. Do not use this firm!! Shocking customer service.

GoogleAs a solicitor, I just wanted to take some time to highlight and pass on my gratitude to Annie Armstrong. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process on a particular property that I have recently dealt with. As a buyers' legal representative, I have at times found both the vendors' solicitor and the vendors' agent hellish to deal with as a combination. Annie has gone out of her way to assist me with every single thing that I have asked of her and she's been fantastic with my clients, as well as an enormous help to me. Even to the very last moment of the completion date, she went out of her way by offering to stay late that evening to secure a key release (that the vendors' agent omitted to effect until circa 25-30 minutes after actual completion!) She is a real credit to the industry and I think many local estate agents would do well to take a proverbial leaf out of her book. I very much hope to have her as a negotiator/sales progressor on any future residential properties I deal with in the Chesterfield area.

Annette guided me all the way up to the sale and when difficulties arose she helped me by finding the best people to do the jobs. The team who work at wards are excellent, helpful and nice people. The charges for selling the house is also less compared to other estate agents.I am very thankful to wards estate agents for everything they did to help me sell my house.I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
