Highest of praise for Wards Estate Agents and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future. I started my house selling journey in May 2025 and as soon as I met Annette I knew I was in good hands. Annette's professional advice and knowledge of the housing market instantly filled me with confidence. The whole team were quite simply wonderful. There were a few bumps in the road completing on my sale and onward purchase (buyers dropping out in the chain) but everyone at Wards worked incredibly hard to make it all happen. The communication, guidance and endless contact with Sophie during the sales progression process was brilliant. I can't thank the whole team enough, again extremely highly recommended.

Her team are excellent and are very friendly when speaking over the telephone if you have any queries. Bought through Wards and was generally a good experience. They always kept in contact with us during the purchase although there was one member of staff who was quite abrupt in their messaging to us. In the email confirming acceptance of our offer, it had very stern messaging from Hannah saying that they would be looking to return the property to market if they feel good progress wasn’t being made, which in my opinion is quite abrupt considering our offer had been accepted in the very same email. It took some of the excitement out of having our offer accepted as it felt quite threatening. There were points during the purchase where emails followed a similar tone. The only negative on an otherwise good experience.

Viewed a property in Walton Chesterfield with Gill, Gill was exactly what I wanted in a sales agent. Knowledgeable, patient and utterly lovely; it was like walking around with a friend.
