Thankyou to Annette for her understanding and professionalism, from the probate visit at our parents home to a successful sale a few months after. Google100% recommend to anyone buying and selling in Chesterfield. Great service from Annette the estate agent and the team in the office. Annette , the owner, met me at my property and I was put instantly at ease by her professionalism , warmth and knowledge. Sold our place at a price right for us and to the right person - wards advised and followed our wishes perfectly.

GoogleI chose Wards to act for me in what has turned out to be quite a lengthy process, with plenty of ups and downs! At all times, Wards have acted with the greatest level of professionalism, keeping me up to date at all steps of the transaction, advising when necessary and being proactive in their dealings with all other parties involved. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleOver the years I've used every estate agent in town. No one comes close to Wards. Choose them and you instantly feel valued and ooked after throughout the whole, sometimes painful process, of buying and selling. The whole team are amazing in terms of their professionalism. They have the highest standards of customer care I've ever come across in this industry, going way more than the extra mile with sensitivity, understanding and good humour. I must give Annette Ward a special mention: she is available out of office hours whenever you need her and brings a warm personal touch to every aspect of the buying/selling process. We are so grateful to her for everything she's done to get us moved out and in. Quite simply, they are all just wonderful!

GoogleI was selling my house in Chesterfield while being abroad at the time. Annette and her team at Wards were very professional, helpful and very active. They were always there when I needed them and nothing was ever too much trouble. We communicated via e-mail and Whatsapp and everything was always resolved promptly and efficiently. The sale and the completion was finished very quickly. They are definitely number one in Chesterfield and I recommend them to anyone selling the property within that area. I am hoping they will find me a flat, I would like to buy in Chesterfield. My Big Thank You to Annette and the Team.

GoogleAmazing estate agents and great communication throughout our sale. After using a big name national estate agent for the first 7 months and having nothing but problems with viewings and little to no communication we switched to Wards after they were recommended to us, and we can't praise them enough. Being a local independent company they have the personal touch that you need when trying to sell your house. They have been great from the start, found our buyer that met our asking price within 8 weeks and kept us up to date throughout the whole sale process. Their fees were cheaper than that of the other estate agent we used first and we just wished we had used Wards from the start. We highly recommend them.

GoogleSo I enquire about a property on the 14/3/25 at new Whittington chesterfield to be told it was sold. On the 21/3/25 it is still on the market this time I was told it is under offer. They where not to keen on my question about putting a offer in.

Regular and accurate contact was particularly important to me as i live over 200 miles away. They kept us informed throughout and dealt with all our queries swiftly. GoogleI've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, for selling, buying and renting - including ones in Chesterfield - and the team at Wards rank #1 for me. We have just used them to sell our property and they were a great blend of being professional, highly proactive and friendly. When viewings dropped a bit they came forward with multiple ideas, and once we had a buyer they were great in keeping us informed. Definitely value for money and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. I haven't used them as a buyer but I highly suspect they would be exactly the same with buyers - proactive, professional and friendly - which, based on my experience, isn't something I could genuinely say about some other agents in the area. GoogleDear Annette Ward . I would like to thank the team at Wards Estate Agents for the professional and friendly manner in which they guided me through the sale of my property. From the very start of the sale process ,nothing was too much trouble, from arranging and managing viewings to offering advice as to how to best market the property. I had contacted several of the national chains of estate agents and received either no or a lacklustre response.However,Wards responded immediately and within a week had begun to market the property. Throughout the marketing and sale process Wards kept me fully informed of progress ,advised on where to contact trusted local trades persons to assist with matters such as house clearance and cleaning which assisted greatly. These were just some of the benefits of using an independent local family operated estate agent. I cannot speak too highly of the friendly ,professional and open manner in which Wards carried out the marketing of my property which resulted in a swift and successful final sale despite the difficulties and restrictions resulting from the current pandemic. GoogleAfter a very, very poor experience with other local estate agents we changed to Wards and found their approach completely different. We felt that they were working very hard for us and kept us informed at all times. The house sold very quickly after several abortive sales with the previous agents. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend to others.

Fully informed of all viewings requested and provided sound advice regarding offers. Provided regular progress updates and chased where needed to ensure timely completion of sale. Fantastic team, couldn't have asked for more.
