We live in New Zealand and own 2 properties back in our home town of Chesterfield, so we needed someone to look after the houses and the tenants…someone we could fully trust. We were with another rental company to begin with and we were not happy with the care we/our tenants received, so were very wary of other companies. We were recommended Pinewood by a friend of ours and are so glad they did! We have rented out our properties with Pinewood for about 12 years now and have absolutely zero complaints. ALL staff we have dealt with have been amazing over the years…friendly, helpful, professional. We would highly recommend Pinewood to others!

Just seen a new property perfect for me online, booked an appointment to view the property and between me enquiring online and them calling me to book the appointment they put up the price by £200 a month. 3 years ago I rented from them;Horrendous letting agents to use, don't take responsibility for faultts within your home. Left us without electric with a 3 week old baby to leave us with builders lights in an outhouse bathroom rather than send someone out to fix it. Took extra money off us for numerous reasons, none of which were justifiable on their end other than "you signed the contract so pay it or we'll take you to court.Honestly don't bother.
