I could not be happier with the service that Tom Alberts and the staff have provided. Text message reminders about my evaluation appointment, at the evaluation Tom Alberts came prepare having researched the local housing market and properties, provided concise details of the full range of products, leaving me with a fully detailed pack to consider. No long winded unnecessary presentations or conversations. I have since had regular phone contact from Tom giving me updates and checking in, also providing advice when needed. The staff who answer the phone when Tom is not available are very helpful, friendly and prompt in their actions. Having dealt with many estate agents over the years I am always left feeling let down and vulnerable in their hands but I can honestly say that Pinewood and Tom are the complete opposite to the reputation of estate agents in general, having provided such a professional, friendly, reliable service that I feel I can totally trust. A great agent to use if you are looking to tenant your property. I signed up to full management and it was stress free experience with zero issues. I then used Pinewood to mange the sale of my property and have to say that Hayley Coope was excellent in every way - from chasing solicitors to liaising with both myself and the buyer direct to keep things moving. I had a successful completion last week due to Hayley's determination - and I would use them again if I ever need to rent or sale a property in the future.

I was recently attempting to purchase a property with Pinewood and I was in close contact with Abbie Asquith. Abbie was amazing. Although the sale didn’t complete because the property was taken off the market by the seller (so through no fault of Abbie), I can not praise her enough. She kept me up to date, she was friendly, efficient, reassuring and she seemed to have all the time in the world for me. I genuinely felt as though she wanted me to buy this property as much as I did! When the house was taken off the market she still remained in contact with me and offered other similar properties. If/when I come to sell a property in the future I will, without hesitation, be contacting Pinewood in the hope that Abbie (or anyone else with her work ethic and approach) was still in post. Requested to view a property on Holland Road on Friday evening. Received a voicemail on Saturday morning from Becky I believe her name was, to advise that the lettings team will be in touch with me on Monday to arrange a viewing. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon (Tuesday), I receive an email from Rightmove but signed off by Aine, saying I haven’t been shortlisted for the property and they are proceeding with other applicants. I emailed them to ask why I wasn’t called and the reasoning behind why I wasn’t shortlisted. I have had no other communication what so ever. I didn’t apply, just wanted to view a property that me and my partner were very interested in as we want to move back to the chesterfield area. I work for an Estate Agent and you’d of thought you’d ring your enquiries or even email them to let them know the reasoning behind not being ‘shortlisted’ or you’d try and match us to another property you have available. Wasn’t the customer service I had expected from Pinewood, especially with all the good reviews they have - Poor in my opinion.

I called today to enquire about 2 properties that are for rent on Zoopla to be told that I need to enquire through RightMove where a ‘soft check’ would be completed. I explained that I just wanted to know if the landlords would accept pets, to which I again was directed to RightMove. I don’t believe a soft check is necessary in order to find out if a landlord will accept pets or not. Please stop wasting people’s time and simply answer their questions.
