GoogleHaving been renting for a number of years through various agents I can honestly say that the Chesterfield Martin & Co team are one of the best I've had. They were always helpful and friendly and when there was a problem it got fixed! Which sadly can't be said for some other agents I've used in the past. Along with the online document system which makes going through all the various forms so much easier, I can definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new home.

GoogleVery efficient and helpful service. Sold our house within 3 days and moved within 2 months. Excellent photographs and pitched just right. Only one negative was the solicitor that they recommended for our buyer was slow, hard to contact and told some lies. That wasn’t Martin & co’s fault but I would not be recommending them to customers again based on our experience. Thanks to the team for your hard work with out house sale.

GoogleSo Far I am more than happy with the service. Martin & Co have created a brilliant looking advertisement and have presented my property brilliantly. With well taken images and 3D floor plan I really makes the property look its best. The customer service has also been excellent, they are always happy to help with requests and really try to present and show your property to as many people as possible.

GoogleHave just moved into a property using Martin & Co, and have had a very good experience especially with Samuel who has been brilliant through the move and after. Can't say the referencing system was great (though I don't have another to compare it to), but outside of that all has been excellent, and I would recommend going through Martin & Co to anyone who asks!
