Buying your first property is notoriously stressful, but my experience with Martin & Co was the exact opposite. From start to finish, the process was incredibly seamless and professional. For me, the standout, was the communication flow. In an industry where you literally have to chase for updates, their response was impeccable. I want to extend a special thank you to Adele Dring, for her unmatched dedication. I remember on the day of completion, she stayed past closing hours just to ensure I could collect my keys. I truly appreciate the extra effort, Adele. I highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking for a smooth, supported property journey.

Martins&co have helped me sell my house that had been stuck on the market with another vender for a while with not many viewings. After a positive consultation with Tony and making some changes as suggested by Tony we whent back to market with a refresh and superior photos and marketing and sold within a month after having a uplift in viewings in that time. Gabrielle in the negotiations team has also been extremely positive and proactive and extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough to get your house sold.

Martin & Co have been brilliant in helping us secure another home. Kerry was particularly helpful and made the application process as smooth as possible. My family and I were issued a Section 21 by our last Landlord over Christmas after a 5 year tenancy as they wanted to sell the property. It was very stressful and scary for us, especially over the Christmas period with a toddler. Luckily we found the property by Martin & Co and it was such a relief when we were accepted. The move in process was very easy, with professional inventory services and all correct documentation given as needed. We have used 3 Chesterfield based agents so far and Martin & Co are by far the best. We highly recommend them for your property needs. Thank you for everything, you really saved us from a world of stress and worry!

I have recently purchased my first home that was up for sale with Martin and Co. The team were incredibly friendly and able to answer any questions. They helped liaise with the sellers solicitors whilst I was waiting for responses to enquiries. Absolutely fantastic team! It is my first time renting a property and the team spoke me through everything and provided me with full in-depth information. Gabrielle, the branch manager at Martin & Co, has been amazingly helpful. I was looking to change estate agents to Martin & Co but unfortunately, due to being in a contract elsewhere, I couldn’t. Gabrielle continued to check in with me to see how I was getting on with the sale of my property, offered helpful insights into the market and gave her opinion on my advert even though she knew at that time I couldn’t switch to Martin & Co.
