Nothing but excellent service from this Estate Agency! I put my house on the market in January but due to Covid the sale took 10 months! We had to jump through so many hoops and we lost the first buyer due to matters outside of our control. This was my first house sale so I had many questions/concerns - I felt like i rang them way too much, but they were always happy to speak to me. I could always get through to them (even when they were working from home!) and they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I Highly recommend Martin&co, the service they provided is second to non, through the process of moving into are new house, Samuel Knight and the team, where in contact throughout the whole thing, giving us regular updates as to what was happening and making the whole thing plane sailing taking a lot of stress off us, especially moving arounf the Christmas period, even after moving in they have been amazing following up to ensure we are settled in and answer any questions we may have, will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to family and friends!

I have sold multiple properties through Martin & Co Chesterfield and wouldn’t go anywhere else with future properties. Faye has been so professional and efficient each time. She is so thorough and never leaves any questions in my mind. She kept me up to date with every movement on my houses, even during her own personal time and not in working hours. She is so dedicated to her role, I couldn’t recommend this lady enough. Faye, you really are a credit to your company, thank you for everything. I’ll be back soon.

Excellent Service, Extremely helpful, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Martin & Co have a great reputation around Chesterfield and I wasn't disappointed. Moving House for the first time by myself so did spam them with questions and concerns. Emily answered every question promptly and always in a polite and friendly manner. Emily went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met and that i was satisfied with everything (Even after I moved she was in contact making sure I had everything i needed)

As first time renters we were uncertain of the right things to ask and what happened within the process. Samuel was lovely from start to finish, he answered our questions before we even asked them and even answered things we hadn’t thought of. He was lovely with us and kept us informed of what was happening and he made our first time renting an exciting experience.

Martins provided an excellent and professional service. The photographs and video of my property were amazing. Within 1 day of the house being posted on Right Move there were10 requests for viewings and altogether over the first weekend I had 17 viewings. Two buyers offered the full asking price and I left all negotiations to the estate agent and the house was sold within 2 days of it going on the market A first class service and highly recommended

Absolutely superb! From the first initial contact and during the entire process I've been incredibly supported and have had all my needs met. Faye is a real credit to the company and has gone the extra mile when supporting me through an unknown territory. Nothing was never do much trouble for herself or Wayne and they've just been fantastic! Literally, cannot recommend them enough 😊

5 stars all the way. They are a very professional outfit. I am always kept upto date on any happenings regarding my tenancy through their Portal. Their communications, quality of tenants, and speedy responses make them a prime choice for anyone letting properties in Chesterfield. I was with a different agency previously, and MartinCo are miles ahead with their level of professionalism and conduct. They involve me every step of the way, and most importantly, I never feel like they dont have my best interests at heart. I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic work on finding, setting up, and managing a 2nd Temancy agreement for my property. I wish you more success in the new Year.
