GoogleRecently Had a viewing with maria at a property. Although the property wasnt right for us i wanted to say it was one of the best experiences we had in dealing with a lettings agent. She was attentive, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in the property. I was very impressed.

GoogleI have rented from Martin and Co for 18months now. I only ever had good exeriences with all the staff. The maintenance department is fantastic. Faye the letting manager is very approachable and friendly. Great customer service all round, I would highly recommend them.

GoogleToo much hard work to get things done. Been waiting 3 months and still no repairs. Make sure to check inventory as mine was severely lacking in accuracy

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, as explained to you, the tenant that lives in the property you were due to view, changed their mind and would not allow access. In these situations, we have to respect the tenants wishes; though we appreciate that it is very frustrating and we work hard to re-arrange another viewing appointment as quickly as possible.
