GoogleI can honestly say that Martin and Co has been the best letting agents I have ever used. I had a daunting move from Kent up to Chesterfield and our agent Samuel could not have made the move less stressful for us. He always had the time for any questions we had an genuinely cared and listened to what we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

GoogleBooked an appointment for a lettings valuation for the first of a few properties. They failed to show up or notify me of any issues. After having waited at the empty property for almost an hour I called the office to be fed excuses. No phone calls or emails just didn’t show up!

GoogleWe have used Martin & Co (Chesterfield) successfully a number of times over the last few years but since last time, the team has changed. We found Wayne, James & Emily very pleasant, helpful and efficient in the service they provided for us. The photos and the write-up were excellent and the response from the lettings market was good.
