What a poor customer service. Strongly not recommend. Do not rent with them, you will not see your deposit for months and months. Rudeness and ignorance that what you can experience from them. I have been trying to get my deposit back over a month and now they are not responding even to my emails.

Very miss leading with the video tours, they explained to me I couldn't have a viewing at first and they use wide angle lens on the camera to make properties look bigger than what they are, then they refuse to give back the deposit. Do not use these.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible staff and landlord. Living in a moldy house with damp. And have a 3 month old daughter. And they wouldn't do anything

I moved out of my rented property 1 week ago. I still haven't received my deposit back after chasing it up with the Ashby office. I have been promised it will be paid into my account. But they still have my money. No communication unless I instigate it. Very very unprofessional.

Bloody awful estate agents. Ignore emails, ignore the call for maintenance. Told us to ‘get a council house’ if we couldn’t afford rent DURING THE PANDEMIC. Absolutely disgraceful agency DON’T BOTHER.

Overly extortionate fees!As a tentant looking to rent a property through them, don't bother wasting your time viewing. £350 for referencing, then £90 for "finalising". Nothing but pure greed and looking at other reviews appear to be a waste of time otherwise!
