GoogleViewed a property with Dales and Peaks. Were rude from start to finish, took down my phone number and email address wrong. Spoke to me as if I was a piece of dirt when trying to make my first offer, really not the customer service you should receive when making the biggest purchase of your life. Only estate agent to have emailed the whole way through and not even ring me when the house had gone to best and final offers. If i had missed that email I would have been heartbroken. Apprentley they called and left a voicemail to say we had been unsuccesful with our offer, I never received a missed call nor a voicemail. and was still waiting for days after we had put our offer in to hear back. Very unprofressional and will be avioding them when looking at furture houses for sale.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWhen deciding to sell our house we shopped around with a few local agents for valuations & fees, from the first meeting with Tom he was friendly & professional & made the whole process seem less daunting as this was the first house we had ever sold. Isla & the entire Dales & Peaks sales team made the process easy & as stress free as possible. Even when we hit a few hurdles they were on the ball with making sure that these were rectified for the sale to proceed. We can’t thank them enough & would highly recommend.

GoogleTravelled 3.5 hours for a viewing as arranged and no agent turned up. When we phoned, were told they had noone in the area. No apology. Annoyingly we worked our whole day around this as there were only 2 available appointments all week and we booked one of them. Or some thought. Come on D&P, some professionalism please.

GoogleHad a valuer from Dales and Peaks visit my house which I am wanting to sell, I was not in for the valuation but my wife showed him around. We were both told that we would receive a report of the valuation via email. It never happened. We both rang the company seperately and emailed them and we're told that it was on their list of jobs to do and would happen "soon". It is now nearly 2 months since the valuer visited my property and we've still not heard from them. They clearly don't want the business from us. VERY unprofessional service.
