From start to finish, the process felt smooth and well supported, and a big part of that was down to Fiona. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing felt too much trouble. She kept me updated, explained things clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. It’s not often you find an agent who genuinely cares about the outcome for their customers, but Fiona really did. I’m grateful for her support throughout the purchase. "Working with Tom from Dales and peaks was a breath of fresh air. Selling my home felt overwhelming, but Tom walked me through every step with patience and care. What really sets Dales and peak apart is their dedication, they handled everything from staging to coordinating repairs when i was stuck. If you want a stress-free, high-value sale, look no further!" In the end I didn’t sell my house due to financial reasons but Tom made it easy and stress free when taking my house off the market. From start to finish Dales and Peaks were amazing! Tom came to give us a very thorough and accurate valuation and was very professional throughout. A special thanks to Fiona who dealt with all the bookings of our many viewings and a huge thanks to Phoebe who helped us get through the sale very smoothly. The reason behind choosing Dales and Peaks is because I felt they offered something a bit different to other estate agents, I felt being a young mum, I just wanted an easy move and they gave me exactly that, I feel the way they advertised my home made me truly proud of the house I had built, the photography was perfect, the property description was well detailed and the valuation was spot on. It was a standard listing but with a special twist that I felt made my property stand out and show it for what I felt it was. Our property had been on the market with another agent for quite some time and we hadn’t found the right family for our beloved home. After switching agents to Dales and Peaks the initial insta post had over 25K views and was STC within 10days. The whole process was super quick and easy and we completed 2 months from the first viewing. I experienced multiple issues during my tenancy. The most serious was the electrics blowing that caused black smoke up the wall and resulted in the loss of upstairs lighting for four weeks. I reported this repeatedly and raised concerns about safety but was told nothing could be done. My electricity usage and bills also surged. This was later investigated by my dad after no action was taken, and the issue was linked to the landlord’s locked garage which after a rather panicked response from him he came to remove the ‘thing’ causing the surge.. dodgy. I provided photographs and details to the estate agents, but no action was taken. As a result, I ended my tenancy early and left the property.

Dales and Peaks have just sold our house and helped us buy another. Unfortunately this wasn't a simple evolution as our buyer pulled out last minute. However they stepped up to the mark and were able to bring about a solution that kept everything on track.
