GoogleThis company took half my bond/deposit and failed to inform me about the noise level below, appalling treatment, I asked for help and they just stated previous tenants weren't having noise trouble, clearly issues with the property I rented,as it's been re/ tennented since I just hope people take notice about the reviews on this company to prevent upset that I recieved, misrepresenting a dwelling and non responsive to emails.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleAwful experience with Dales and Peaks. Nothing but problems since renting a property with them. Started by a dirty property was given to us in a unliveable state. Nothing was done about this, we had to clean it as well as all the stress of moving on the same day! Further to this while living in the property the agents proceded to let themself in to our place without permission from either me or my partner, even one time walking chewing gum into my rug!!! Despite them letting themselves in several times when we actually needed them to come round to sort problems out they wouldnt come! Would definiatly NOT reccommend Dales and Peaks!

GoogleProbably unfair to rate as I never actually got to view the property for my daughter which was scheduled for 6pm Friday evening. On arrival at the property at 6.06pm after being delayed in traffic on the way we were informed by a tennant at 6.30pm that the letting agent went at 6.05pm. Still no contact from Dales & Peak as to why the agent decided not to wait for us or as to why they have never been in touch to follow this up, needless to say we have since found a much better quality apartment in a much better sought after area. Well done Dales & Peaks for excellent quality customer service... NOT!!!!!!!

GoogleAn excellent service from start to finish which was provided by both Tom and Isla. The photographs and description were brilliant, which lead to a number of viewings, which were accompanied by either Tom or Isla. The communication throughout was excellent with us constantly being kept in the loop. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dales and Peaks.

They were great at chasing up solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and keeping me up to date. Thank you again for all your help.

I have had some very bad experiences with estate agents, however dales and peaks have restored my faith! I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house!

GoogleReally professional, great photos, floor plan and 3d walk through. Excellent service, they even kept in contact with both sides solicitors so I didn't have to do anything to keep up-to-date. Really happy with the service and we got an offer of the asking price the day it went on the market.

GoogleWe went to see a rental property. The male agent whom "showed" us around, didn't seem to know anything about the property. Wasn't friendly or approachable and was actuallyquite rude. Wouldn't use these agents for buying let alone renting.
