Dealing with Jenny Austen was very easy, and she put in a lot of work to make the sale of 70 Charles Avenue very successful. Putting it another way, she did the heavy lifting which frankly I was very happy to let her do. The price achieved for the house was well in excess of what I was expecting and pretty near the Estate agent's valuations without the hassle. Thankyou very much

Chris was able to show me the property at short notice. He had the required buyers paperwork with him so I was able to complete these and return Monday ready for auction Wednesday.I watched the auction online but bid successfully by phone.Follow up conversations by phone were prompt as was sale memorandum to solicitor.

We were dealt with by Gary Davison who could not have been more helpful and informative. We felt very safe in his hands and were happy to leave all the arrangements to him.Although the property didn't sell at the first auction, Gary managed to find a buyer who had decided not to bid on the day, and after some haggling a sale was agreed. The buyer did mess us around with changing their mind about the price, as well as dragging their heels over deadlines, but Gary worked well on our behalf and eventually pinned them down to our satisfaction. He just wouldn't let it go!Many thanks, Gary, for your persistance!
