We are therefore sorry and disappointed to receive your critical review. Having searched through our database we could not find details of your name on the tenancy agreement of any of the properties we manage or have managed - of course your name may appear differently on the agreement, the tenancy may be in a different name or it may be a property we have let on a ‘let only’ basis rather than a property we manage. We have also checked our database in terms of properties we have for sale, and also for professional valuations and services we offer, and have not been able to find details of any contact we have had with you.
