Dear Ms Ellison, Thank you for your review and comments - we always welcome and appreciate all feedback to ensure we provide the best service to our clients. We are therefore sorry and disappointed to receive your critical review. Having looked through our database we could not find details of your name on the tenancy agreement of any of the properties we manage or have managed - of course your name may appear differently on the agreement, the tenancy may be in a different name or it may be a property we have let on a ‘let only’ basis rather than a property we manage. We have also checked our database in terms of properties we have for sale, and also for professional valuations and services we offer, and have not been able to find details of any contact we have had with you. We would of course be happy to discuss this matter further, and would therefore be obliged if you could provide up-to-date contact details via email to barbara.wellington@bothams.co.uk so that we might have the opportunity of addressing any issues of concern, and we will do our best to resolve these with you given the chance.
