GoogleThey took over the sale of mums house when our last estate agent stopped dealing with house sales. The house was sold within a week and they got a very good price. They kept me informed all the way. I would recommend urban sales and let's.

GoogleWorser company I have ever dealt all my life .They still keeping my deposit ..After l left house was left in immaculate condition. They are no helping at all.Staff are not helpful the owner of company much worser than his staff..Before l rent l went to see flat the existing tenant told me be careful with tham and handet me his contact number ..Now we are going to bring tham to court..Becose he have issues with tham.,I ll let you know what will be resuld..

GoogleCannot recommend highly enough. Rented a property through them for almost five years (spanned across the former company Passion For Property before they were acquired by Urban Let). Although the company changed hands, thankfully the core staff were retained, as they are brilliant. Special commendations should especially go to Caroline and Linda, with whom I had the most contact. They are friendly, personable and professional and I found them committed to ensure that their tenants’ wellbeing and happiness with the property to be at the heart of everything they do, and it was clear that this was being instilled in their newly-employed colleagues, such as Jennie, who I also had contact with on a few occasions. I would like to take the opportunity to thank them for acting swiftly to resolve any issues I raised at the property and the manner in which they represented the agency, which I’ve found to be the best agency I have used in over two decades of renting property across the Liverpool, Chester and the Wirral. Thank you for all of your help and support.

GoogleThe best estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They've truly saved us on our rental search. We've been struggling to find a pet friendly property for over two months and with our move out date coming closer, we we're worried we would not find a place in time. We recently arranged a property viewing in Chester with Urban Let and within 5 days we signed our contracts!! Sam in particular has been so helpful in person and over the phone, helping us with our reference checks, communicating with the landlord on our behalf and helping us with any information that could help us move. I cannot say enough good things about how great this estate agents is. Thank you so much!!

GoogleWorse company I have ever dealt with they keep your deposit when the house was left in immaculate condition. To say these guys are cowboys is an underestimate to be fair. Do not get involved with these if you are looking to rent. Stay away from them if you have a choice or if you deal with them don't get out now while you can. Not to be trusted I am not the only one either too.

GoogleOur experiences for two years sales people are nice, but there maintenance team is a joke, first house wasn’t cleaned when we moved in and second house we were charged extra to move rubbish that was there when we moved in- it you are buying Sam and Charlotte are lovely, but if you are renting avoid like the plague!

GoogleThis company has been rude and communication is not high on their list of priorities. We found one of the ladies we delt with extremely rude and very sharp tongue and absolutely no people skills. Good luck to anyone else who deals with them.
Hi Fiona, thank you for your review relating to your daughter’s recent tenancy agreement at a property that we manage. Once she had vacated the property and returned her keys, we conducted our end of tenancy checkout. We found that the property had not been cleaned to a suitable standard as well as the walls being marked beyond wear and tear. We allowed your carpet cleaner to return to clean the carpets (which we did not have to do once keys had been returned) and sent her photos of the issues that has been found. These issues resulted in a small deduction from your daughter’s deposit that was clearly communicated across to her. I have reviewed all emails that our team sent to your daughter and none of which are rude, we have responded in a timely manner to get this issue resolved.
