The entire process was smooth and efficient, from viewing the property to finalizing the tenancy agreement. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend Urban Sale and Let for their excellent service and professionalism.

GoogleMembers of the directing staff were rude, unfair and broke the contract more than once during my years’ tenancy with urban let. After I moved out, I was subject to victimised charging for communal areas that other tenants didn’t receive. Urban Let are perhaps the most unprofessional and unpleasant letting agents in the area.

GoogleNever saw eye to eye with Josh deposit is currently being disputed. Won’t go into to details as still waiting on final outcome of the dispute but would not recommend and would not use again.

When a tenant leaves one of our properties, we only charge for necessary deductions and always supply photographic evidence as to why the deduction is being made. This is part of a campaign against us to attempt to tarnish our reputation. Your friend whom the review is about left the property in question in a substandard condition with ripped flooring, cleaning issues, and an overgrown garden - all of which are valid reasons for the landlord to make deposit deductions.
