GoogleI have a thorough knowledge and over 20 years in the Letting Industry and when I was looking for an agent to manage my portfolio as I retired I chose Urban Let in Chester. I have not been disappointed - in fact my expectations have been exceeded - quite simply they do things properly - don’t cut corners - and always stand in the landlord’s shoes - respond quickly - I cannot recommend them highly enough .

GoogleI am currently contacting CAB but I’d just like one more discussion to sort this because I’m thinking of a small claims court. Paul gave me a deadline to make payment despite changing the payment. Therefore he pulled out. I’m entitled to my refund as I’ve seeked a lot of advice now. Can we please settle this today? Can you refund my money? This is ridiculous how you can do this. Especially someone who has been suffering with mental health problems for years as it is. You have caused me so much stress and anxiety. Can you please just refund my money I am entitled to it. The agents have broke there terms the landlord changed the fees he had agreed and then urban let wanted the money there and then. The landlord stated if it was not paid on that day even though the move in changed for two days later he would be not going with the tenancy therefore I’m due my money back. I kindly ask this is sorted ASAP

Have spoken to many agents recently as a prospective tenant and was shocked at how they either did not return calls to arrange viewings or were just rude. Josh from Urban Let was lovely. He arranged our viewings and was there to meet us. if I was a prospective landlord I would choose Urban Let knowing as a tenant they did a good job. Thanks Josh.
