GoogleCould not recommend these enough. When I was at University, Josh was amazing with me and that led us to come back all these years later. We dealt with Charlotte about letting a property we had fell in love with and she was outstanding. Even the little enquiries, we had an email reply within 15 minutes every time. Thank you for all your help. Best agents in Chester.

GoogleJosh and Lawrence sold a semi rural property on my behalf. The property was of non standard construction, so it was cash buyers only and a challenging property to sell. The property was put on the market within a week, great photos and a drone video . They carried out numerous viewings on the property, agreed a sale and help negotiate the sales process in a prompt, professional manner. The property was sold for the full asking price within 12 weeks of putting the house in the market. They are the best agents in and around Chester and one of the very few independent agents.

GoogleI have just moved in to a bungalow arranged by Urban Let. It has been fully refurbished which was arranged by them and I am really pleased with the job that has been done. The service from Urban Let was excellent, very efficient and thorough and both Linda and Sam made everything very easy. The hand over was smooth and the documentation very clear. They had anticipated most of the questions I had about the move which was so refreshing. Thank you to the team at Urban Let.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of renting a property through Sam, an estate agent who was an absolute delight to work with. From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly helpful and always picked up my phone calls, facilitating smooth communication between myself and the landlord. Despite the incredibly tight timeline I was working with, Sam was able to turn the process around on very short notice and even scheduled a viewing for the next day. He then ensured that reference checks were completed within just three working days - an impressive feat! Throughout the entire process, Sam was extremely informative and professional, providing me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions. I cannot recommend UrbanLets highly enough and will definitely be turning to them for any future rental needs. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, Sam is your man!

GoogleWe have just completed on the purchase of a property through Urban Sale and Let. Josh has been incredibly helpful and has always been quick to respond and act on any questions or requests. The purchase was a little slow, for reasons beyond our control, and yet Josh continued to help keep things moving and me updated. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleI tried to rent with Urban Sale and Let last year and felt like the staff were unprofessional and the fees they charged me were not clear. This company appear to have rebranded AGAIN to "Dwell" estate agents to try and avoid the trail of unhappy ripped renters posting on TrustPilot

Would highly recommend over the large national estate agents (we had problems with these huge companies in the past and tried to avoid them)

Charlotte has been exceptional from the start - organizing everything from viewings, maintenance, photography and more - for the service they include the management fee is very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone thinking of renting out their property.

GoogleReally unprofessional. I would describe the staff as snotty and pretentious. I feel that they look down on ethnic minorities and may need unconscious bias training. It appears that this is the latest version of the shambolic “Passion for Property” that used to rip off vulnerable tenants with made up “admin fees” (which are now illegal) They appear not not like free speech and the owner Tim threatened legal action against a friend of mine simply for posting an honest and true opinion.
