WREXHAM Town and country staff are the worst I have ever experienced. I rent a property and pay for a fully managed service. No inspections were carried out for the first 18 months with my first tenant. This is not in line with the legal recommendations set out by rent smart wales. Because of this the back gate was smashed into pieces due to Ill repair, of which I had no idea about and had left the property insecure for my tenant which I felt awful about. An inspection was finally carried after 12 months for my 2nd tenant after I complained about a lack of inspections. They failed to organise an electrical certificate which I had asked for 6 months previously. They made deductions without any communication and that were not the responsibility of the landlord. Sometimes I've had to wait over a week for a reply to emails and have to call for a response. They reply to my phone calls with an email and in the response it is clear they have not even read the email properly and not followed through with my instructions. Horrendous service. Please avoid.

GoogleWe went through Town and Country Chester to rent our first property, the entire process from start to finish was dealt with by Liam. Liam ensured us that the whole process would be smooth and that's exactly how it went, from viewing the property to signing the tenancy we were always kept informed on what was going on in the background and Liam took any and all stress away from the process. I would highly highly recommended both Town and Country and Liam specifically if you were to go through renting, buying or selling. If you wanna see em, call Liam.

GoogleThe experience I had with Town & Country was second to none. My previous experience with various estate agents whilst renting was always a gruelling process but from the outset dealing with Carolyn at Town & Country, all my previous worries were put to rest, as it was a first class service from start to finish. I don't think I would be in my property now if Carolyn hadn't gone over and above to ensure the smooth purchase of my first property. I will not hesitate to use Town & Country again, highly recommend.

GoogleTown & Country were amazing throughout the purchase of our property. The team were incredibly friendly, but also (and this impressed us the most) so proactive - more often than not they knew about progress on our side of things before we even did. They kept us informed, checked in regularly and pushed things from their side when they needed to. If we ever had to buy (or sell) again in the future we'd definitely look out for Town & Country. Highly recommended.
