GoogleT &C have just sold my mother's house on my behalf. I found all the staff professional and friendly. I had regular updates on the progress of the sale and found their advice invaluable. Communication was excellent and it didn't matter who I spoke to each member of the team knew the property and my circumstances so I never had to go over any of the issues. Highly recommend .

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish, when we organised the viewing our hearts weren’t set on the house but after telling the estate agent what we were looking for, we should have put our faith in Town and Country. From the moment we fell in love with the house it was plain sailing, no hiccups and as first time buyers, no request was too big or small. Couldn’t recommend using a more friendly, helpful estate agents with a great selection of places.

They have fantastic contacts with solicitors and everything moved quick and smoothly for our first time purchase. Carolyn Jones in particular made things super easy and made the experience very memorable. We would highly recommend this estate agency and will defiantly use them again the the future!
