As Executor of his estate, selling my late father's house has been a journey ! It needed work..... He built it in 1953 and lived in it for 70 years, not quite keeping up with renovations needed in his latter years. We had two sales fall through at quite last minute and when the third sale came along you find it quite hard to believe it will happen - but it did ! I give full marks to Carolyn and her team for keeping the ball rolling despite our upsets. I never felt she had given up on us and that is very much appreciated. Barry Blake

Thank you very much to everybody at Town & Country. The whole team were great to deal with from the start, really friendly, professional and easy to get hold of whenever we had questions. They did a brilliant job marketing our property with great photos and a really good write-up, and handled all the viewing enquiries smoothly which made the whole process a lot easier for us. Communication was really good throughout. We were always kept up to date with what was going on, which helped a lot because selling can definitely get a bit stressful at times. A special mention has to go to Carolyn, who was absolutely fantastic. Our sale turned out to be quite a long and tricky one, and she showed an incredible amount of patience with us, especially as we were probably a bit impatient (and may have chased for updates once or twice… or more!). Carolyn was always reassuring, helpful and quick to respond, and really helped keep things moving when it felt like it was dragging on. Massive thanks to Carolyn and the whole team for all the hard work, we really appreciate everything you did to get us over the line.

Sold and Purchased using Town and Country. The whole team were professional and easy to deal with from the get go. Took some great photos and created a really good write up of the property we sold. They handled viewings really well and even price matched fees based on other quotes we had. With regards to the purchase the communication was very good - the team were great but particularly Carolyn who kept us informed and helped out massively during the later stages of the purchase. I’ve just sold a flat through Town and Country and have been delighted with their service throughout the process. Through no fault of T&C the sale was significantly extended and the flat had to be re-marketed but Carolyn, in particular, kept me regularly updated throughout, understood my requirements and dealt with all the challenges efficiently. Even though the sale was for a low value and their fee was not large, I felt that T&C were always on top of all the communications and working for me and on my team, I never felt that my case was put to the bottom of the pile.
