The knowledge, experience and professionalism of all the staff at Town & Country, Chester is exceptional. The suggested valuation was excellent and they achieved a sale at the full price. The property was sold within a fortnight but probate delays meant it could not be completed for a number of months. However, T&C kept the purchaser fully informed and happy throughout and thereby ensured the sale eventually reached completion. They chased the solicitors and pushed things along throughout the process, liaising with me regularly. I am extremely grateful for all their efforts, particularly Carolyn and Liam who were exceptional. I would definitely use T&C next time and would certainly recommend them.

A couple of months ago I had awful trouble trying to find a rental property. Every estate agent I attempted to contact either didn’t respond or was very blunt or unhelpful.
