Excellent from day one currently dealt with humphries for lettings and have never been so dissapointed so I didn't have much hope for swetenhams but gosh from my very first phone call with thayf I hope I spelt that right I was completely amazed at the service he was kind and knowledgeable and even came after hours to let my husband view the house with me outstanding and then we dealt with Fraser who again was amazing he explained everything in great detail and who would also stay over home time for is and didn't get an attitude when I didn't understand and he had to explain again they were both pleasent on the phone with me as I was ringing up alot and never once felt I was a burden I can honestly say we collected the keys today and it was the most calm and relaxed experiences I've ever had trying to rent a property very well done have an amazing Christmas 🤗

Great experience with both Sales and Lettings. No issues during the buying process and managed to get us a tenant lined up in 1 day of viewings alleviating our worry of having a void period. Couldn’t of asked for anything better. All staff very friendly and personable. We have done all this from London which with the distance we expected there would be an issue but the communication has been great throughout from both sides. Would recommend to others. Our first contact was Scott in Sales who is very helpful and gave great advise on where to buy. Katherine and Fraser in Lettings were invaluable giving me lots of time and assistance making the process far less stressful than we expected it to be.

We were more than happy with our service here! Jamie especially looked after us, he was in constant contact, and could not do enough for us. Even after we had to go through another agent for a property, which was down to the properties on offer alone, and nothing to do with the service we received, Jamie was still in touch with a few last bits we needed. We were not immediately dismissed as a result of this, and he seemed genuinely happy for us. Given the service, I would even recommend people go through these to sell as well as buy/let, as the manner of the business did make us lean towards properties with this agent. I could see no room for improvement.
