Over the past 6 months we have tried to get Savills to fix a massive leak in the roof. Nothing has been done. Imagine having a leak in your roof, while living in LONDON. If I could give 0 stars I would.

DISHONEST DISHONEST TO THE BONE they are just there to patronise and fleeceDon’t go near them if you want to sell I am selling a house that they wanted to evaluate through one of these newly graduate with HARDLY ANY EXPERIENCE .. the funny thing is that, time have changed they want to take the upper hand take it or leave it. With the implication and pathetic non sensical reasoning , kind of Trump wise: seems to me they are very quick learners in London. I am just about to sell my house Full price. Through an on line agency. I pay a commission of 1% only against nearly 3% that they expect ;in a condescending way DELIGHTED IM JUST ABOUT TO SELL WITHOUT NEEDING TO PAY THEM A PENNY

It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively
