First time auction sellerAs the Executor of my later Mother's Estate I decided to sell her home by auction. Savills guided me through what was for me an extremely emotional and difficult process with professionalism and understanding. I attended the auction and was extremely impressed at Mr. Coleman Smith's (the auctioneer) expertise and skill which achieved a far better result than I had dared to hope possible. I am surprised to read all of the negative comments about Savills. I have dealt with them recently and I can only speak highly of them. They have been prompt and swift with sorting out all the queries, always on time, nice and polite and I have only dealt with professional individuals there.Jordan Caskie at Savills is one of the best sales agents I have ever met. I was very impressed with how smoothly he got everything sorted, responding to my messages even during the weekends and negotiating the best deal for me with the landloard.

Waited 40 mins out in cold on Saturday morning and none of the savills staff turned up. Called sevenoaks branch took them 20 mins to find their property on their own website. In my view Savills the worst eastate agency company in this country .

Be careful with this company. I am currently going to court over a dispute for a tenancy that ended 2years ago. I used to the a tenant at Ochestra house in ilford. They will try to bully you as it is a very big company with unlimited funds even when they have done something illegal. Please be careful

My worst nightmare!!! Avoid at all costs

I figured getting a very expensive brand new 2015 flat in prime central London would be an excellent way to get a flat where everything "just works". Moving from period property, I was after the refreshing chance of not having to constantly refurbish and repair.But I had one enormous error in my judgement, I picked the worst real estate agency in human history. Not only did they have the immense nerve to go on and on about how detail oriented they are, but they have basically done nothing at all to make sure anything in the flat actually works.From heating systems, to lights, to vents to electricity, to the cheapest furniture you've ever come across poorly installed, to damaged floors and furniture without furniture pads, everything that could possibly go wrong with this purchase, it did go wrong, and how. No instructions, manuals, or guides for most of the essential systems.Prior to move in, I've explicitly made several requests and alterations, and they went as far as to pick on my money and in my name without asking me at all about what I want, even though I was paying for it. Then they have the immense nerve to tell me now that the work requested has been complete, it can't be changed. I understand the logistics, but the nerve on these people is fantastic and beyond incredible, they literally take you for an idiot no matter how many millions you throw their way.All for an incredibly steep premium. Their agents are fortunately still responsive, but unfortunately they seem to be completely useless and as devoid of material and information.

Abi Gibbs of Savills Richmond branch has surpassed any customer service experience I have ever had. From arranging the initial viewing to moving in took just two weeks! Looks like I'm not alone in my experience with Savills. I'm yet another tenant, having to fight tooth and nail to have my security deposit returned. They are working in cahoots with The Derwent Group, who are equally as shoddy.Avoid these businesses like the plague.

mayhem move😱

Worst moving experience ever!!! Problems with references and didn't tell us untill last minute, lack of communication between staff ..... Too many chiefs not enough Indians .. asked me to transfer the wrong deposit for the new place and even got my deposit owed £1000 short !!!! In previous property we put down New floor and improved the place .... Spent £500 in doing so and now they want to take a chunk out of my deposit to clean the Windows !!!! Ridiculous... Especially when our new rental property with savills is filthy !!! We've been here 2weeks now and still have no front door keys ... Staff are incompetent and after this tenancy we will avoid savills like the plague!!!!!!
