Savilles live in the dark ages. They act as if renting you a property is a personal favour and they have no obligations or commitments as landlords. Their staff only seem to work when it suits them and forget about getting repairs done. In my experience they are dishonest and fickle. It's a club for poor toffs. If you want lies and your information sold on to credit check companies go with Savilles.

Sometimes you get involved in a complicated chain which involves other transactions and other agents, some of whom still engender the stereotype often levied at this profession. Daniel Omell at Savills Hampstead managed the process with professionalism and candour, getting the 5 property chain to exchange when it probably would not have happened if left to the other agents in the transaction.

Savills Melbourne: Was buying a property with Savills and they guilted me into "we are experts, there is no cladding". It was - which made the bank rejecting the mortgage. However, Savills State director told to "never contact again" while refusing to refund my deposing for the property. It was subject to finance and they must, but was told "will be more expensive for you to go to the court". It was all my savings for my 1st property, I left traumatized. They still keep all my money and unresponsive.

A great service from Debbie-Ann Taylor and her colleagues at Savills’ Salisbury office in selling our property. The valuation was greater than we’d expected and yet Debbie-Ann achieved the asking price - twice in fact because the first buyers dropped out. Savills’ communications, handling of viewings and negotiations on our behalf were all excellent. Debbie-Ann and Clare ended up knowing our house almost as well as we did.

Very unprofessional! We are thankful that we aren’t renting from this company. We were interested in a property in Aberdeenshire. The agent couldn’t care less about our interest - makes promises and then doesn’t communicate. Therefore, they have lost our custom.Should have known something wasn’t right as when we went to view the property she didn’t turn up as she was “in meetings” and we could get the keys from the shed!

As a doctor it’s my daughters only day off this week.Before setting off from Birmingham to drive to Bristol I telephoned to make certain this was still on - went to voice mail. At 12.53 I received a call stating the tenant hadn’t agreed therefore we wouldn’t be able to view.Love the N.H.S. Sadly I don’t think so!
