Michelle Weaver and her colleagues provided an excellent service, both in finding potential buyers and (especially) in ensuring that our sale progressed successfully. Michelle followed up with other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. Without her hard work we would probably not have exchanged contracts for several more weeks. Thought my offer/position would be immediately rejected but Lucy took it seriously and helped to make the purchase work. I appreciate that Savills are working primarily for the seller but they were genuinely helpful to us as purchasers. They were accommodating with multiple viewings, open with progress and professional throughout. We are very pleased with the process and would not hesitate to deal with Lucy again.

Bad efficiency, worst customer service ever. Wanted to get an air conditioning issue fixed, still could not get it fixed in 1 year. Do not rent the flat if it is managed by Savills.

I keep getting e-mail from this compagny allthough i have never rented an appartment from them. I have noumerous times written that back to them, but they keep sending invoices. I have now written to my danish consumer counsil for their help with this. The next move is to write an english consumer counsil

I was a tenant in a house that Savills were selling. Multiple members of the household were quarantining after a trip abroad, which Savills were well aware of, but they still brought elderly and vulnerable prospective buyers around to view the property. Not only was this a blatant disregard of the government restrictions, but also of the safety of the prospective buyers.

GoogleWe recently sold our apartment through Savills in Chester and our agent, Pauline Kay, was key to the successful sale. She was professional, supportive and helpful throughout the entire (sometimes stressful) process and I cannot recommend Pauline highly enough. She has restored our faith in Estate Agents (an often maligned profession).
