I have liaised with Ritesh Gopaul of Richmond-upon-Thames for 12 months with regards to a property I am leasing in the Clerkenwell Area. Ritesh has always been professional, friendly, and easy to work with. There have been difficulties with hot water and an appliance in the apartment, but Ritesh has always done his best to expedite the process for me and make it as pain-free as possible.

I am renting an apartment by savills and I moved in less than a month ago. The cooktop and dishwasher did not work and they told me to fix it with Miele. Also, the shower drain doesn’t drain and I can’t shower without the entire bathroom floor getting wet. They told me they’d send me a handy man and never did.

Savills Sunningdale have been everything but a good agent: genuinely not doing anything at all and genuinly unresponsive. Their main person could not give a flying bean and made us feel like nothing, they even forwarded an offer from the person who was not able to proceed. Thoroughly NOT recommended!

Went to an auction of Savills, the property didn't sell that i wanted to buy.So i contacted their people , who promised to call me with further info. A week later i call and i get the same promise, that was a week ago. its good job am not holding my breath. Diabolical service. i would recommend that you don't use this company.
