GoogleWe booked a Valuation for wed 27th April, no one turned up. I emailed Savills, they apologised and said they’d forgotten to put us in the diary. They booked us in for the following Tuesday/ I received an email of confirmation- again, no one showed. I called the office and they said they didn’t know what happened but they hadn’t got it in the diary. Utter waste of time and effort. Won’t recommend or use in the future.

The one bad tenant we have had, Savills were hugely supportive and made every effort to find us a new tenant quickly. The Esher team have been a great help through these challenging times and we look forward to working with them again.

This is regarding the south Dublin office, Bad customer service, rude, impolite and unprofessional, unnecessary attitude when asking about the electricity meter, simple request. I’m always nice and articulate and yet the attitude coming from Savills is baffling to say the Least. Please avoid this agency at all costs when renting or buying, selfish and don’t care about you period.
