House buyer…

We went to look at properties to buy in fife and we have sold our house STC. We saw a house in Falkland fife for sale and immediately called the agent at savills from the number on the For Sale board. We explained that we were interested in viewing and had 3 more days in Scotland in which to do so. We didn't hear back and are now back home as this is now 4 days later. I feel like we lost an opportunity as did the sellers. They should be aware that we are interested in buying their home and we should have had an opportunity to establish if we wanted it.

The best management service by Tami Falzon

The best management service by Tami Falzon…We have had numerous managing agents over the years (with Savills and other agencies) and Tami has been the best by far. She is extremely proactive, diligent and professional. We had an issue with the washer dryer not working and the handymen sent by the insurers were refusing to complete the job due to unreasonable reasons. Tami not only sorted this out with the insurers but also made formal complaints and got me a refund - which was totally unexpected and much appreciated. Thank you for your wonderful service, Tami.

It is a great pleasure to work with Fiona Wither of Savills. Due to the long distance, I cannot take care of my apartment in London. Whether the monthly rent is credited, the maintenance of indoor facilities, and the contact and communication with tenants all require the professionalism and meticulous service of the housing agent. Fiona has well done all of the above.Among the emails received from the agent, the emails from Fiona are the most, the most timely and the most effective.I am particularly impressed by the inspection of the furniture and facilities at the end of each lease, which is really meticulous and detailed. Reletting our property

Tenants decided to move as they had to relocate and the end of tenancy was well handled and in particular the reletting process was very efficient only taking 48 hours as a result of presenting the property to the right audience. The result was an increased rental and the new tenant moving in within 48 hours of the exiting tenants moving out. Well done to Holly Goodge and her team and in particular George Prior. Good job.

SAVILLS CLERKENWELL BRANCH : A RECOMMENDATION

We bought our flat some 12 years ago through Savills. It was a very big new development in Clerkenwell.They had an onsite sales office for the developer Mount Anvil. We bought a show flat thanks to them. We were both determined to use this agent again for our sale, because we had been very impressed by their level of support and professionalism. Both Michael Smit and Tom Willing, in the Clerkenwell office, have been amazing dealing with our sale. We have been selling in a very difficult period for the property market generally. Nothing has been too much trouble. Their professional and calm approach has helped steer us through the minefield of the whole selling procedure.
