Very bad communication

Very bad communication, we made our offer for renting a flat, they accepted it and there were delays with the contract which we received after the pre-set 'moving date'. They haven't changed the move-in date in the tenancy agreement even if we moved 3 days after. Once we moved in, they appointed us a property manager and we could not get in contact with them, nor anyone else at the agency. We paid 12 months upfront so they felt like they could disregard us. We haven't received the report from the inventory company so we could double check it, and we can't contest it if it's been more than a week since we moved in. Very dissapointed with their services.

Buying and Selling Experts

After purchasing a flat that was listed with Savills Chiswick, we decided to sell our family home and relocate to said flat. As we'd previously had such a good experience with Savills as buyers, we appointed them as our selling agents. Once again, they were fantastic from start to finish. Liz Sunman was very professional, personable and efficient. She had a specific buyer in mind once she had seen our home, and she was right, they made an offer almost immediately after their first viewing, and are now fully in situ! A win-win all around and we couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Having worked with several of the team members at Savills over the past year, we can highly recommend them in every way, but wish to extend special thanks to Liz and Euan on our most recent dealings.

She said I should find out myself has she will only have to google it herself. I asked her name she told me that her name wasn’t relevant. Appalling service!!

Very good company for sellers because most of them are traders and they support them.Beware of buying thru their auction , this is the place where you will be mislead , if you buy without doing due diligence, this auction company whatever you see being sold comes back again and again with lower price to catch new innocent buyers , like bait is used to catch the fish, same way innocent buyers are caught thru there network and pricing . Whatever lot you see and think of buying, please go back to previous auction catalogues and you find the the truth and the trick they use for innocents.

unfortunatelly I had rented an apartment with this company as administrator and I have no air conditioner the last 8 days. (this is a pretty new building and I am the first person to live in the appartment and have a lot of issues inside).No body reach out me, they a not able and don´t want to help you if you try to call in the customer service.I don´t recommned this company.I am living inside a oven the last 8 days and nobody cares.the lift is not working the last week too and nobody was able to contact the OTIS to fix it.
