She is managing Flat B above, where the leak came from. She have been absolutely fantastic dealing with situation, giving hard time to your contractors so they sort the leak ASAP. Excellent Service from Savills Winchester

After a slightly bumpy start to my time renting via Savills, things took a big upward turn when Adel became my contact. Adel is very efficient, friendly and professional and has consistently responded in a rapid and can-do way to all enquiries. She even came and rescued me when I managed to lock myself out during the first lockdown. I'm not sure that I'm supposed to contact Adel with my queries any more but she's become a victim of her own helpfulness so I persist in bothering her! We have dealt with Chris for the past 10 years for both buying and selling. He is extremely knowledgeable, great to work with and contactable round the clock, which for us has been important given we are often overseas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEED INVESTIGATING. If you do wish to deal with Savilles then a word of advice: be armed with Environmental Health and Safety contacts before hand! (You'll need it) Not even 1 star. This company is run by greedy little men. Zero diplomatic skills for solving issues. More concerned about getting bodge builders in to do cheap unsafe work on houses that are unfit for staying in. They do not care for children's safety. They only care about ripping landlords and tenants off for money. In our case Savilles were caught out LYING to the landlord and subsequently got found out when Environmental Health and Safety got involved. Worst company in the UK.

They provided a first class service, they did all the viewings themselves and gave immediate feedback after every visit. Mark from Waterloo office went out of his way to help us find the perfect flat for us! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We have a commercial property in London…

We have a commercial property in London which we want to sell. I called Savills and they point blank refused to market the property, even though it's a prime location in Kensington High Street. They did not even entertain a conversation with me and rudely said the property is not a good location and they are not interested. We also have another commericial property in a prime location in Chelsea and wanted to put up for rent with them before this and after an initial phone call, the agent never replied to any of my emails. Generally poor service and no customer skills.

Listed MillSavills staff - and particularly Jeremy Kemp - worked very hard to achieve the sale of a lovely converted mill which I unexpectedly found myself having to deal with, as administrator of the estate of a family connection. The late owner had died suddenly, leaving no orderly paperwork about the property and the restoration work he'd carried out over a long period, nor how to look after the mill pond. Jeremy went to great lengths to market the property and to show it at its best and his enthusiasm for the mill was a significant contributing factor in achieving a sale despite the difficulties of selling during the Covid-19 situation. I valued his judgement and experience in what was a very difficult situation, not least because I live a long way from the property. Thank you - job well done.

It was a protracted and often fraught purchase because we commenced the purchase just before lockdown due to Corona Virus. Savills gave us a first class, professional service from beginning to end. We were lead every step of the way by Peter Gillispie who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The guidance and expert help we received from Peter was invaluable. We were selling our family home of over 40 years which was very emotional too and he was very sensitive to our situation. After being on the market for less than four weeks we had an offer a few days before lockdown. Illegal Breach Of Contract

Back in June/July, my previous landlord stopped paying the mortgage, resulting in the bank taking control of the property and appointing Savills as the acting landlord. Since then, I have been paying my monthly rent directly to Savills.On October 15th, my partner, who had just so happened to stay the night, called me in distress, thinking we were being robbed after two men entered the flat. These men turned out to be locksmiths, sent by Savills to change the locks without any notice, believing the property was vacant.Savills failed to verify occupancy, ignored legal requirements for notice, and caused unnecessary distress however were more than happy to keep taking my money. Even after admitting their error, they dismissed the severity of the situation as "human error" and refused any compensation. Their actions violated basic tenant rights and have left us feeling unsafe in our home. To clarify, what they did was entirely illegal.Savills' mismanagement, lack of due diligence, and refusal to take responsibility highlight their incompetence. Renters should avoid them at all costs.
