Luke Richardson at Savills, Reading Office

It has been such a breath of fresh air working with Luke Richardson in the Reading office. He is polite, professional, HELPFUL, and just a pleasure to be in contact with.He did not rush the viewing, allowed us to look around at our own pace and answered all our questions consistently. We like asking the same question twice over a period of a few days to make sure we get the same answer ;).Simple things like making sure there was parking available for us or provided instructions on where we can park just makes the whole experience so much easier for us. He also managed to squeeze us in for a second viewing at very short notice - he had saved my number so he knew it was me calling. He dropped me a quick message to make sure my partner was ok after surgery etc. These may sound like small things, but is a personal touch we loved. We would highly recommend Luke to anyone searching for a lettings in the area.Thank you for everything Luke.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, in particular Jeremy Lamb and Steven Morrish who dispite both myself and my daughter leaving them telephone messages and emails last week regarding a property we are interested in that failed to sell at the January auction, clearly you couldn't care less and failed to contact us to arrange a viewing.

Super Service by Sophie

We have just moved into a flat in Kew and Sophie Candlin from the Richmond Office was so wonderful throughout the process. From the viewing to the moving in she was always extremely competent, calm and clear. What was particularly great was that she was always available and answered any question, big or small, from arranging the moving in date to what provisions they were for internet. We moved a distance and Sophie arranged a check in time to suit this and then also personally came by on the day to check everything was okay and answered our queries then as well. We would recommend Savills but in particular Sophie who was super.

Excellent Service

We have recently exchanged contracts on a property we are purchasing through Savills in Truro. We dealt with Chris Clifford and Helen Boss who were professional, polite and extremely helpful. Although we were not their clients they were in regular contact with us and kept us up to date throughout the process. In fact we had more contact and help from Savills than our own estate agents who we were paying. We highly recommend Savills and we will certainly be using them ourselves in the future. Thank you Chris and Helen you have been fantastic.

No matter how organised and how relaxed we were at the onset, the process is stressful and fraught with unforeseens, but Tom Bedford was the most wonderful agent we could have hoped for. Claire Reynolds has been in the real estate business for 16 years and loves her job. You can tell - she is extremely good at it and I have never seen her without a big smile. I have been very impressed with her professionalism at every step of selling our family house. At the start of the process we got three different valuations and hers ended up being spot on. She and Savills' PR department worked very hard to present our property in the best possible way - I was very pleased with the listing particulars and our post received over 8,000 likes on Savills instagram account.Claire gave me feedback after every viewing, remained positive and Savills sent regular updates on progress. Claire had a targeted approach - the first viewer through our front door ultimately was our purchaser with her second viewer just as keen but, due to Covid, slightly behind in timing.So many prospective purchaser’s now have buying agents. Claire and her expertise weights the odds in your favour. She also worked to protect us from the inevitable static that can arise in the period between a successful offer and exchange as a result of the purchaser’s surveyor, architect, buyer’s agent and solicitor all trying to get the very best for their client. She is commercially minded and drives the deal forward with an iron fist in a velvet glove. Claire is very supportive and every interaction I have ever had with her ends by her saying “ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help”. Her recommendations of two conveyancing solicitors (ours had retired to Malta) and a removals firm were all excellent.It goes without saying I cannot recommend Claire highly enough - and will be doing so to all my friends.

My husband and I would like to thank Ross Griffiths from the London Residential Lettings for his outstanding support for us.As a non-native English speaker, I had found it difficult to explain in English when any issues had arisen in the flat. However, since Ross has been in charge of the flat we rented, my life became easy and comfortable.Ross always listened to me carefully and patiently trying to understand the situation correctly and what we required.He kept finding a solution to an issue even when a constructor/engineer said “it is impossible to fix”.He kindly kept following up the issues, checking in situations.We felt we were in safe hands during our tenancy.He was very sensible and fair to both the landlord and tenants, and also to the constructors.I often had a small chat with constructors while they were fixing issues in the flat. Once a constructor and I were talking about letting agents, the constructor told me that he also respected Ross because of his professionalism and fairness to them.I would definitely recommend a flat which Ross is in charge of; to my friends because he takes good care of tenants; to the landlords because happy tenants will stay longer period and genarates stable incomes!

Ours was a tricky transaction involving a simultaneous sale and purchase. Savills acted on the purchase side. Overall Savills - Natalie Hawlett-Clarke to be specific - was excellently professional and, in effect, stepped in where the other agents (acting on my sale) were deficient. The whole transaction(s) would not have held together but for Natalie’s timely interventions on several occasions. Really impressive. I would recommend Savills Norwich to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Hi,We recently moved from Brassey Road to Greenhill Road in Winchester and Lyndsay was the agent for our purchase in the chain, who we dealt with from viewing all the way through to exchange and completion.For what was a sometimes fraught and stressful journey, littered with buyers pulling out, a tricky chain, sometimes incompetent agents and one particularly frustrating solicitor doing their best to hold up the process, Lyndsay was always extremely communicative, professional and proactive. Without Lyndsay's efforts in galvanizing the various parties and pushing things forward continually, I doubt very much it would have been the same result! Excellent assistance with rental properties

I have been dealing with Savills for many years and have been very ably assisted by Kate O'Hanlon of the Bishops Park office. I rent out a small property in Fulham and she ahs been marvellous. She has answered my emails promptly and has dealt with all my requests in a very professional manner. I pay tenancy fees to Savills and for this standard of service I am very happy. The renting out of a property with a change of tenancy is always quite complicated, but Kate was with me every step of the way. I really appreciate the manner with which she dealt with me and I am happy to say that my new tenants are installed in the property with no hassle.I would be happy to recomend Savills for finding new tenants as well as assisting with the whole rental process. Terrific attention given to us as landlord by Paige Ford of Savills when seeking a new tenant for our Hampstead Penthouse with its unique views and terraces. Outstanding support through difficult times

I have used Savills as my agent, letting and managing my rental properties, for many years. Overall they are professional and thorough. I wanted to highlight however the outstanding support I have received most recently in letting 3 of my properties - each in the depths of 2 separate lockdowns! Hannah, Anthony and the team at Clerkenwell and Laura and Mark at Waterloo. They gave great advice in terms of attracting the right tenants (and not just the easy option 'cut your rent by 50%'!) and were highly responsive, thoughtful and supportive throughout. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team at Savills Winchester and a special mention to Giles Muddle. I must say that Giles supported our sale from start to finish in a very professional manner. Nothing was either too small or too big, any query or issue we had was dealt with both quickly and efficiently. The Winchester office work as a united front, delivering a great service. All members of the team were polite, courteous and just provide a great level of service. An enormous amount of enthusiasm was displayed by the ladies in the viewing team...and it was a nice touch that they all visited the house prior to showing potential buyers around. In doing this they really new the layout of the house and I’m sure this help massively with the sale! If and when we move again Savills would most definitely be our first choice of agents to use.
