We are so impressed with the service from the team at Douglas Butler, to Sally when we first phoned about a property we loved, to Francesca who gave us a great valuation and to Julie who has been so helpful keeping us up to date with houses that might suit our needs, we missed out on a property we loved as the market is moving so fast, but rather than just let us go saying it has sold already the team have been amazing and are really working hard to find our dream home 🏠

Awful company. They offered my partner a job earlier in the year, only to pull the job at a later date, without an explanation. All they kept saying was that “something has come up” and that they were no longer in a position to hire. Soon after we saw the position being re-advertised. When asked to elaborate they ceased email communication, leaving us with only one income. After speaking to other estate agents we have been inform that they are a very inexperienced and unprofessional establishment. From initially contacting Daniel, (he came round to value the house that day), to completing the sale on the house, took 9 weeks! His knowledge of the value of the house and the fact he already had interested buyers for the area, meant that the house was effectively sold the day after it went on the market. I was kept updated on everything inbetween, not once did I need to contact them first to see how things were progressing. Currently in the process of trying to find a new home. We were shown around a contender by chanice from the Chester branch and she was absolutely fantastic. By far the Nicest viewing experience we have had. She was able to answer all of our questions with ease, was knowledgable about the local area and gave us the time in the property we needed without crowding us and trying to force it on us. She got straight back in touch when she said she would, which is uncommon for an estate agent, and was beyond helpful. Fingers crossed we are able to move forward with the property as so far she's made the experience faultless! Thank you very much 😊
