During COVID the team have been ok. However I have had to ring for updates, ask for chases etc which would have been better if every time an update happened I was informed. I had a few no show viewings on a weekend when the branch was closed so I had to just wait. However when I did phone I was always greeted by a friendly voice. Thank you.

Throughout this traumatic experience at times, Rachel at Robinson's Hartlepool branch has kept us both sane. She has kept us up to date on everything on a weekly basis and has even went above and beyond, hand holding when necessary. Our house had an offer accepted within 2 days but chain problems delayed everything. Robinson's in general have been an excellent choice and would highly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer.

Don’t bother with these sharks kept my bond money stating things were broken that weren’t and we’re fully working order when we left after the £45k + I’d paid in rent over the time I was there this leaves a bitter taste in my mouth

Robinsons were transparent all the way from advising on and negotiating a fair price for the property, showing and quickly advertising the property and making a quick sale. They also have a process for advising on a solicitor for conveyancing for a fixed price which was very helpful. We knew from start to finish how much we would pay the commission was very reasonable and well worth it for the customer support given.

I used Robinsons to sell a family member's house who sadly died in April 2020& it has been a difficult time because of the pandemic and the fact that we live 5 hours away.I have used estate agents many times as we used to renovate property & Robinson's service has been excellent.
