Robinsons Chester Le Street reviews

Would never use again

Complete disrespect for renters. House in awful condition from the beginning. Impossible to contact when there are problems and rude/unhelpful when you manage to get through. Feel completely taken advantage of and will never use them again. Think I should bring to attention how a large quantity of great or excellent reviews are classed as ‘verified order reviews’, as opposed to the negative ones which come from genuine disgruntled clients who are making reviews on their own accord.

All the members of staff in the Stockton branch have been exceptionally helpful through what has proved to be a most difficult sales and purchase operation. However, the obvious experience and professionalism of Mrs Lindsey Nicholson gave us confidence in the expectation of a good end result, and this has been achieved.we can all deal with this office of Robinsons with the confidence of being well and caringly catered for .My thanks go to Mr Mark Smith and his excellent team.

Excellence from start to finish

From our first contact, Ryan provided a quick & easy service. His honest opinion was very welcome. The whole Team including Sharon & Jade at the Sedgefield office kept us informed at every stage & were always very polite & friendly to deal with. All together a good experience dealing with Ryan & his team who made a potentially stressful situation, plain sailing. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommended

Ryan, Sharon and Danii at the Sedgefield office have been amazing during the process to sell our house. Whilst the process was nail biting at times they provided sound professional advice and support and kept us fully informed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone buying and/or selling their home.

Always a good service.

I have used Robinsons twice now, first as a buyer and now when selling my property. The experience was pleasant both times. The team are really nice people and very happy to help at all times. The valuation for my property was realistic, with an offer made in the region of the valuation within a very short timescale.I would have no hesitation in using Robinsons again for either buying or selling.

We are extremely pleased with the staff of the Chester le Street branch. We contacted the branch to request any information of a property of our choice coming onto the market which they did so and we have now moved into our a property we wished for. The staff worked hard to complete the purchase. Thank you.

Robinsons Darlington best estate agents I’ve come across

I found Robinsons Darlington branch to be the mosthelpful estate agents I’ve ever come across. Katharine initially was super helpful and once our offer on the house had been accepted Joy Cruddas took over and was brilliant at keeping us informed asking questions of the vendors and dealing happily with everything that cropped up. She was outstanding and made the whole process a pleasure.Thank you Robinsons Darlington office
